Grubtech was born out of deep expertise in the beauty and apparel e-com space and have transposed best practices in operations, marketing, and technology to the F&B sector.We are one of the few companies globally that is purpose built from the ground up to cater to delivery centric restaurants and cloud kitchens. Our product suite encompasses the entire end to end operations from demand generation, food aggregator integration, in-kitchen operations, and last mile delivery integration. The successful individual will be driving the full end-to-end hiring for key roles at all levels throughout the region. Ultimately, the responsibilities of the Recruiter are to ensure our company attracts, hires, and retains the best employees while growing a strong talent pipeline.Responsibilities:Design and implement overall recruiting strategyDevelop and update job descriptions and job specificationsDocument job requirements and objectivesPrepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job board//colleges etcDirect Source and recruitScreen candidate?s resumes and job applicationsAssess applicants? relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience, and talentsOnboard new employees in order to become fully integrated and well knowledgeable about grubtechProvide analytical and well documented recruiting reports to the rest of the teamAct as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection processExperience:CharacteristicsHigh levels of organization and time managementAbility to work in a dynamic, fast-moving and growing environmentEffective communication skillsBubbly and enjoys working with different team membersMinimum qualificationsProven work experience as a Recruiter (either an in-house recruiter or a staffing agency recruiter)Solid ability to conduct different types of interviews (structured, competency-based, stress etc)Hands-on experience with various selection processes (video interviewing, phone interviewing, reference check etc)Excellent communication and interpersonal skillsStrong decision-making skillsBS/MS in Human Resources ManagementLocation Cairo, Maadi Minimum Experience Experienced
