  • Responsible for the areas of Recruitment, Employer Branding, Performance Management, Training & Development,and Diversity & Inclusion
  • Lead the recruitment process for all Henkel Egypt locations while ensuring all KPIs are met
  • Manage the workforce planning exercise
  • Create and manage the onboarding program for newcomers
  • Design the yearly employer branding calendar
  • Manage the performance Management cycle &Create and design development programs for employees
  • Analyze the training needs while making sure they are in line with the employees? performancemanagement results as well as career plans to ensure efficiency
  • Manage the Diversity, Equity & Inclusion calendar
YOUR SKILLS
  • Bachelor?s Degree in Human Resources or any relevant field
  • At least 8 years of working experience in a similar position in multinational
  • Fluency in English is a must
  • Excellent writing and communication skills
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to balance multiple issues and projects in a fast paced environment
