?????????Accountable for the successful completion of purchasing and delivery transactions on time and within budget?????????Accountable for the effective allocation of procurement resources to estimation, purchasing and sourcing jobs.?????????Ensure the timely and cost-effective purchasing and delivery of quality material, equipment and services to shutdown, oil & gas, turnaround, petrochemical plants, refineries, industrial cleaning works, waste management, NORM decontamination and pipeline services, bulk plants, chemical cleaning, steam generation, catalyst & hydro jetting cleaning projects.?????????Preferable candidates have experience in major petrochemical industries such as Saudi Aramco, SEC, SADARA, SASREF, SATORP, &SABIC etc.?????????Strong quality control, interpersonal, organization, negotiation and communications skills?????????Minimum 10 years? experience in the Industrial and petro chemical?industry?????????Minimum 7 years in a position in procurement, in a contracting firm of RISAL size or larger?????????Experience in the GCC is a plus ( preferably in Saudi Arabia)?????????BBA or BS in Mechanical / Civil or Industrial Engineering preferred
