Lead strategic projects with cross functional teams, including plan development and execution.
Consult with HBE teams with initiatives in execution to support assessment and adaptation of strategies in complex, evolving systems.
Provide project status updates to company leadership.
Work closely with corporate executives and business leaders.
Support integration as needed through involvement in specific integration work streams.
Create innovative processes, products, and solutions in anticipation of trends.
Manage growth initiative work streams, and run project meetings to ensure activities stay on track.

Identify specific business areas that requires improvement and provide strategic and implementable solutions.
