Job Description

Overview of the role:ÿÿManage the design process through different project stages to ensure compliance of project designs with time, cost, and quality requirements; and proper achievement of the project visionÿWhat you will do:ÿ

  • Manage the design process, overseeing Project Engineer and consultants from Pre-Concept to Detailed Design stages.
  • Interface with stakeholders and consultants to obtain requirements and ensure timely communication of project information.
  • Advise on layout, design, and construction approaches, prepare design briefs, studies, and obtain statutory approvals for the project.

  • Manage the design process, obtain stakeholder approvals, and ensure compliance with cost and program parameters.
  • Oversee Tender Documents, including pre-tender briefings and As-Built drawings, while interfacing with Operations, Commercial Management, Marketing, Sales, and Leasing teams.
  • Report on project development, monitor unit performance, and provide support across various stages, from design to procurement and marketing.
