Main safe Custodian and responsibility
Review and make sure daily that the cash process going according to policies and Companys procedures
Count, review and receive cash from cash accountants.
Daily review the sales reps accounts and the accounts related to cash Cairo and following up on the differences if any
Delivering the cash amounts received daily to the cash pick up company follow up to bank deposit
Prepare and send the required daily reports, KPIs and adHoc requirements
Keep and review daily the documentation for archiving.
Receive cash from sales representatives and record it on the (SAP) program according to policies and Companys procedures
Support finance team in different financial areas / tasks
