Job Description

Specialty Leasing Executive_OutsourcedOverview of the roleTo generate and maximize income through commercializing the Media Promotion and Marketing and contributing to the overall business and the Specialty Leasing Revenue.What you will do

  • Works on sponsorship packages, events, and promotional initiatives.
  • Canvasse new concepts in the visual merchandising mix of the business.
  • Works on Internal Advertising & Promotional Tenant Mix.
  • Develops effective relationships with the Clients and Tenants.
  • Builds effective communication and understanding of the Client?s trade requirements and the operational terms and conditions of the mall.
  • Communicates with Advertising Agencies and Internal Corporate Members to create Marketing and Media Packages.
  • Assists in forecasting potential revenue within the operational area of Specialty Leasing.
  • Develops frequent reports and trackers to monitor the departments performance and budget updates.
  • Assures that all documents, payments, etc are in line with the policies and procedures of SL and internal audit.
