Job Description

Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization:Plan and execute all Marketing Operations (MOPS) related systems and tools tasks. Ensure consistent article master data quality across MENA Cluster. Drive efficiency through automation.Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan Go-to-Market (GTM) timelines for all related system and tools tasks and coordinate milestones with key counterparts
  • Prepare and ensure timely execution of seasonal system uploads and checks
  • Bring in E2E-process improvements
  • Identify opportunities for automation (RPA) and support the development and implementation
  • Maintain and further enhance existing solutions
  • Execute regular extracts and conduct article master checks
  • Prepare system and tools related templates and checklists
  • Communicate system updates and changes and train Brand colleagues
  • MENA Range Management Application (RMA) Administrator
  • MENA SAP Key User for Marketing
  • MENA SPOC for Brand related Systems & Tools projects
  • Support Digital Showroom Transformation and Sell-in Tools article master
  • Assist with other Marketing Operations tasks
Key Relationships:
  • EM MOPS System and Tools Manager
  • Cluster CTC
  • Cluster SAP Key Users
  • Business Solution, Local and Global IT Support Teams
  • Other cross-functional teams, e.g., Purchasing, Finance, Customer Service, Sales Excellence, SCM
KPIs:
  • Adherence to defined timelines
  • Report on Marketing Operations system and tools related KPIs

  • Analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Structured and organised way of working
  • Pro-active, collaborative, and positive attitude
Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:
  • Preferred Bachelor?s degree in related field
  • > 2 years of experience in operational driven environment
  • Preferred experience in automation software tools (e.g., UiPath) and data analysis
  • Advanced SAP User and strong system skills
Fluent in English
