You will be welcoming all visitors and make them feel comfortable,
handling all incoming phone calls and follow up phone calls,
following up on guests appointments,
assist the Spa manager or the person in charged,
handle the guest from arrival,
selling treatments,
explaining the menu and spa facilities program,
up-sell treatments, products and memberships,
make reservations,
make appropriate reporting to management,
follow the membership with its special requirements,
allocate therapists to guests,
in charge of receiving and sending all documents,
Responsible of interface and communication between the staff and the management.
