Site Name: Egypt - Cairo Posted Date: May 10 2022 Job Purpose Machine operator is responsible for the production of high-quality products and continuous machine operation and avoiding machine breakdowns under foreman supervision Key Responsibilities: Responsible for producing high quality products Works as a team member to achieve Production KPIs Operates the required machine to increase production volume Cooperates with maintenance team in preventive and unplanned maintenance activities Responsible for workplace tidiness and organization. Adhere to personal hygiene standards Responsible for cleaning and clearance of production line as per the requirements Implement GMP, EHS and GPS standards Share initiatives for process improvements e.g. OEE improvement, waste elimination Escalate any defect, problem or abnormalities to area foreman Continuous monitoring to the machine during operation. Complies with the SOP instructions. Adhere to ALCOA/DI principles Acquire suitable training for SAP to perform the required steps. Why you? Basic Qualifications: Education and Experience: 3-5 years of experience High or intermediate education. A good level of English.
