MissionHierarchically manages his group of engineers. Especially ensure the right level of capabilities, competencies and expertise.Responsible to deploy and implement the ?state of the art? standards, processes, methods & tools in the teamParticipate in the improvement of the standards, process, methods & tools in his m‚tier.Lead the Algorithms development and module testing for LiDAR fusion system.ResponsibilitiesManagement & Competency- Manage his team of engineers (yearly reviews, meetings, missions, objectives, timesheets)- Define the necessary qualifications and training plan for his team with the support of his management- Allocate his team staff in the projects activities- Propose trainings and career evolutions with the support of his management- Contribute to the recruitment of the members of his department- Follow up with Team members on open actions- Responsible for development the algorithms and testing(MT/UT) it over different LiDAR platformsBudget- Responsible of the Team Efficiency Plan and achievementsProcess, Methodology, Tools, Equipment- Deploy the Engineering process, methodology and tools defined by the M‚tier- Participate to the definition of processes, methods and the tools necessary to properly handle projects- Participate to the improvement of the standards, methods & tools of his m‚tierStandardization- Review and challenge Destandardization requests before releaseProjects- Handle technical responsibility for the project (quality and correct functionality of deliverables).- Responsible for Quality audit & compliance findings.- Follow up on the projects as per defined project(s) reporting mechanisms.EducationB.Sc. in Communication, Mechatronics, Electronics or Computer Engineering.B. Sc. in Computer science.Professional experience-5+ years of relevant experience in the related m‚tier in automotive engineering or relevant industries.Technical & Personal Requirements- Strong Technical background- Excellent C/C++ coding and debugging skills- Good knowledge of static and dynamic architecture concepts- Very good knowledge in Algebra and linear Math algorithms- Very good knowledge in Kalman Filter- Safety ISO 26262 experience is a plus- Familiar with CD/CI framework- Strong communication and problem solving skills
