Software Support / Testing-Manage the analysis process of the team for the received user?s issue/problem to identify whether it is a setup problem or a program bug and presenting alternative solutions.-Accurately define the issue/problem to the developer team to ensure effective solution.-Update any data for a repairing reason or huge setup entry.-Design according to users? requirements to generate internal reports for departments to ensure smooth working operation or even design these reports frame or handle to development for automation-Extract the data from the system for different parties when needed (audits ? suppliers).-Manage test project or issue with developers / key business user and create a test case to ensure user satisfaction.-Attend new projects meetings in coordination with projects team to ensure fully understanding of all project requirements and cycle.-Follow up with Software Project Manager & developers to ensure finalizing the testing phase to guarantee proper delivery project/issue to user.Other Tasks-Train Key business users (on-the-job training) on the implemented projects to ensure full awareness on the program.-Develop all needed reports to be submitted to the direct manager.-Follow the instructions, requirements of the quality, safety and occupational health, the environment and road safety management system.-Perform any other assigned tasks as required by the direct manager within the same level of responsibility.People Management Responsibilities:-Performs all Management responsibilities to lead & Motivate own staff to ensure high morale and attainment of operational objectives by ensuring:-Employees have clear job objectives and challenging targets.-Employees receive appropriate coaching, learning & development.-Appropriate staffing of the department to ensure workload balance and high productivity.?-Appropriate compensation and rewards, motivates and recognizes top performance based on actual performance and compliance with the company business conduct standards.-Maintains two-ways communication.
