Job Description

    • Design and implement application solutions for the target domains.
    • Design and develop innovative solutions to customer requirements
    • Develop integration solutions, POCs
    • Implement & customize software products
    • Participate in the full life-cycle development process from product definition, through design, development, test, release and maintenance
    • Gather technical requirements and propose solutions based on client?s architectural needs
    • Work with technology and business groups to define project specifications
    • Develop technical and implementation plans and take full ownership
    • Interact with prospective customers during product demos/evaluations
    • Enhance efficiency of development, test and release process; develop tools, frameworks
    • Participate in the full lifecycle development process
    • Maintain current functional and technical knowledge of working technology
    • Lead software solutions team in projects
    • Monitor & review execution of plans and taking corrective actions
    • Act as the focal point for software solutions development
    • Allocate development resources for various projects
    • Review team deliverables and assure its quality
    • Assign day to day tasks to team
