Software CI Program Manager- GISACC

Job Description

MissionThe R&D DSIS CI Program Mgr is in charge of ensuring the SW CI (Continuous Integration: build-test-validation) program standardisation performance in accordance with the R&D DSIS and Business Groups strategyHe/she is accountable of all CI related activities or sub activities :

• CI standard framework (roadmap, deployment, evolutions, maintenance, support)
• CI Standard tools support performance L2/L3 levels
• CI internal internal customer Projects (VCore, P2, P1) onboarding, deployment & support during CI Run / operations across R&D entities & sites
• CI overall services performance monitoring, reporting to stakeholders, and improvement

He/she is in charge of:

• Strategy alignment and roadmap definition
• Preparation & animation of team meetings and CI governance instances with BGs
• Operational, delivery & performance management of the Program (costs, timing, quality)
• Capacity and resources management
• Internal and external resources sourcing contracting & management
• Financial management (incl MTP/IAR/Budget)
• CI compliance with IS/T & Cybersecurity standards
• Change management deployment / Adoption by Business Projects

ResponsibilitiesOn his/her scope:Strategy, Governance, Communication

• Manage visioning and define associated roadmaps (solutions & technologies)
• Manage mid term plan, budgets, and resources staffing (internal/shared services, contractors)
• Set up, prepare and/or manage the CI Domain governance bodies (ie : project management committees, technical committee, change management committee)
• Enable strong communication with its key stakeholders and the Valeo SW community

Organization, performance

• Manage the relevant organisation to define, deliver, maintain, operate and support the tools and systems
• Ensure allocation of ?CI spoc? by Business Projects
• Apply standard methodologies (ie : Agile, DevSecOps, Red Alert, ISQC, LLC, )
• Manage and monitor the overall performance of solutions & services (SLA) and publish standard KPIs

Manage operationally the Program:

• Assess Program risks, and track mitigation actions
• Budget: set up and follow the budget, prepare and submit IARs, prepare expense authorizations
• Define and maintain the Program Plan and the Quality Plan
• Update regularly the schedule with the support of the team / sub-Programs leaders
• Ensure validation of decisions by the relevant governance and report development progress to the management and ad-hoc committees (ex. Steering Committee)
• Ensure the corresponding logistics: meetings, communication material, reports, action lists?

• New demands and Projects management (Generic Framework)
  • Manage (analyse, qualify and prioritise) new demands from Business Groups
  • Animate the Change Control Board
  • Ensure definition and validation of business requirements with relevant contributors
  • Ensure management of preliminary studies via benchmark, Proof of Value, Proof of Concept, ..
• Ensure close collaboration with Sysops & L1 Support COE SW foundry teams
• Ensure definition of change/adoption management strategy, and realization of standard training materials
• Support change/adoption strategy deployment with BGs Business Partners or SW discipline network
• Ensure management of Value Realisation (assessment of usage, monitoring of payback)

Capacity and talent management

• Ensure allocation of resources and competences
• Contribute to the career path of the Program team members
• Manage external sourcing, activities & deliverables including contractualization and legal aspects

CI Deployment & L2/L3 support during RUN operations

• Evaluate the Project CI readiness (HW, licences, tooling, pipelines, ?)
• Define & execute the Project CI onboarding
• Manage execution of Project CI deployment
• Manage CI incidents and their effective resolution

CI Standard tools expertise

• Manage both R&D and IS awareness on new solutions, tools, technologies in his/her area
• Identify and deploy new technologies enablers for the COE landscape management
• Ensure definition, set up and management of COE CI tools (Git, FOSS, Klockwork, GHS, IAR, Hightec...)
• Provide advanced expertise on the CI Standard tools
• Define & Publish Best Practices

Infrastructure, Cybersecurity

• Ensure with Sysops/ IS networks resolution of complex incidents (red alert)
• Ensure coordination with Cybersecurity teams and compliance with relevant standards (or crisis management if occurs)

Compliance with standards, norms & regulations

• Ensure compliance with Valeo standards (ISPM, Red Alert, ISQC, NACR, PIRA, GDPR, TISAX, ..) in relationships with the relevant networks / functions

• Engineering or Master or Science degree

• 10 years minimum of working experience in automotive sector or industrial / tech companies with
  • Strong background in Information System technologies, and R&D / Engineering area (ie : Mechatronics, Embedded Software, Simulation, ..)
  • Recognized experience in Engineering IT / IS transformation (digital) program management
  • Recognized experience in the Set Up and management of organisation in complex ecosystem
