Job Description

We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Site Manager with a background in civil and structural engineering to join our team in Egypt. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10 years of experience in the field, with a strong understanding of construction processes and project management. The role will involve overseeing all aspects of site operations, including planning, coordination, and supervision of construction activities.Responsibilities:

  1. Manage and supervise all construction activities on the site, ensuring they are carried out safely, efficiently, and within budget.
  2. Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure compliance with project specifications and requirements.
  3. Develop and maintain project schedules, including resource allocation and coordination of subcontractors.
  4. Monitor and control project progress, identifying and resolving any issues or delays that arise.
  5. Ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations and standards.
  6. Prepare and submit regular progress reports to senior management and clients.
  7. Manage and maintain project documentation, including drawings, specifications, and contracts.
  8. Conduct regular inspections of the site to ensure quality control and adherence to project plans and specifications.
  9. Resolve any conflicts or disputes that may arise during construction.
  10. Provide technical advice and guidance to project teams and subcontractors.
Preferred Candidate:
  1. Bachelors degree in civil or structural engineering.
  2. 5-10 years of experience in construction management, with a focus on civil and structural projects.
  3. basic knowledge about precast concrete or steel structural
  4. Proven track record of successfully managing and delivering projects on time and within budget.
  5. Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and techniques.
  6. Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively manage and motivate a team.
  7. Attention to detail and a strong focus on quality control.
  8. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
  9. Proficient in project management software and tools.
  10. Knowledge of local building codes and regulations.
