1.? Planning and Follow up of project execution according to project schedule2.? Preparation and supervision of mobilization and demobilization of project stuff upon commencement and closing out of the project.3.? Preparation of project requirements (site preparation- Equipment and tools- material- manpower-accommodation ??etc.4.? Follow up of the material/Equipment supplied by the owner/client and supply schedule.5.? Follow up of the inspection of received material and its compliance with specificationsAnd packing list as well as its storage according?? to the specifications of good storage conditions.6.? Make sure of the implementation of the Quality, safety and environmental plans as per the company?s set policies.7.? Determination and selection of manpower needs of the project.8.? Review of contract drawings and direction of the execution team during work construction and equipment and material installation.9.? Expedite any encountered problem during installation or any other issues raised by the owner or Engineer.10.?????????????????? Attendance of all regular and irregular meetings on site.11.?????????????????? Follow up of manpower working hours and progress of work as per work schedule12.?????????????????? Supervising all administrative works on site (time keeping-transportation-attendance-accommodation-security and guarding-wages and salaries).13.??????????????????
