Communicating with suppliers, discussing business with them, and choosing the best ones to implement the required signs
Choosing the best suppliers according to the offer that provides the highest quality and lowest cost and evaluating them periodically
Requesting quotations from suppliers to evaluate them with the direct manager financially, technically and temporally, and choose the best offers
Work to follow up and implement the signs and banners for delivery on time and the required quality
Sending quotations after reviewing them in order to start implementation
Receive the invoice from the supplier after the completion of the implementation work and receive the reports from the BTL team.
Examine and review reports and invoices, then deliver them to the accounts to extract the check
Confirm that the required works are delivered on time and checked.
