Job Description

Our client is now recruiting for a Services Administrator to be based in Cairo - EgyptThis role reports into the Head of Onsite Services for UK & Europe, within the Service Operations tower of Company?sGroup Technology.Therole is responsible for providing day to day administrative support for a number of important processes that take place within technology as part of supporting the company?sbusiness divisions.Key Responsibilities are:

  • Carry out supplier Invoices within the SAP Based EFS system, globally. Specifically, for hardware and software orders with Dell, Apple, CDW and other suppliers providing items for colleagues and their digital workplace
  • Support the UK Vodafoneregional mobile vendor account to ensure invoices are processed correctly and in a timely manner each month
  • Chasing 3rd party vendors on orders, backlogs, identifying workarounds where issues arise within the supply-chain
  • Support business colleagues in getting hardware and software orders fulfilled ? advising on the standard models available, the processes to follow, provide status updates, handle business escalations and respond to them with updates
  • On occasions when 3rd party vendors place company?spurchasing account on-hold, identify issues and act as the go to person between the companyand the vendor to get the issues resolved
  • Create and maintain technical documentation (with guidance from technical support resources) to support the Knowledge Base articles within ServiceNow, Watson and Confluence ? working with all support teams to develop Knowledge Base and confluence articles and keep them up to date
  • Manage and keep up to date the Catalogue of hardware and peripherals that are in ServiceNow for business colleagues to order, updating models as suppliers make changes to their products and we adjust our standards.
