Ensure cash balancing are reconciled with cash on hand GL in all currencies to mitigate cash differences.
Receives, issue receipts and deposits all cheques collected from external and internal clients
Prepares vouchers related to various revenues and expenses
Handling and oversees all cash and bank daily transactions.
Monitoring cash balances on daily basis.
Make a bank reconciliation on monthly basis.
Ensure that all cash and bank transactions are posted to GL successfully.
Handling all transactions related to cash and bank.
Reporting to accounting manager with cash and banks reports.
