MISSIONS: ?Managing Telecommunication & SCADA team of Engineers, experts and inspectors to review the design, supervise construction, testing and commissioning of telecommunication and low current systems including including fiber optics, CCTV, radio-communication, telephone systems, digital data transmission, public address, clock system, passenger information displays and SCADA.?Responsible for reviewing the telecom documents during the different stages of the project (procurement, manufacturing, detailed design, execution documents, acceptance test procedures (factory & on site) according to client requirements?Contractor supervision?Have advisory and acceptance role in technical issues related to design review and compliance with the Employer?s Requirements (ER). Responsible to represent to the Client any subject, study, proposal, issue related to the discipline]?PROFILE QUALIFICATIONS:?Bachelor?s degree in communication Engineering , or equivalent?Minimum of 15 years in railway and transit telecom and signaling systems, preferably with a High Speed experience?10+ Years in Rail/Metro Industry in telecommunication Discipline?Very good command of EnglishContextMain dutiesDegreesOther degreesTechnical skillsPersonal qualities
