Collaborate with technical leaders to identify future hiring needs and key positions and proactively source potential candidates.
Analyze and recommend optimal channels to attract tech candidates.
Engage in and/or lead employer branding activities to increase the brand recognition of Giza Systems.
Develop a network of industry professionals to help build a strong pool of candidates, adopting an agile approach to the recruitment process.
Use different sourcing options, including networking, headhunting, and social media; investigate and implement new ideas to find passive candidates.
Collaborate with universities in their programs to identify our future talents, recommending programs to increase awareness.
Ensure the availability of updated profiles on the ATS.
Source, filter, and screen CVs and prepare shortlists for interviewing.
Ensure the recruitment cycle is updated on the ATS.
Pre-screen potential candidates for availability, interest level, salary range, relocation needs, and technical skills where applicable.
Track feedback from hiring managers and recruiters on the ATS and ensure accessibility of feedback for any future hiring.
Conduct competency-based interviews to filter candidates for further technical interviewing.
Follow the talent acquisition process from sourcing to hiring to ensure a fair and inclusive process is implemented.
Update and submit periodic reports on the talent acquisition services.
