Number: 150901 Years of Experience 6 - 10Senior Structural Engineer and Requirements * Prepare Structural analysis and detailed design calculation for reinforced concrete and structural steel works - Understand the project scope of work, specifications . - Personally verify the corrections and absolute accuracy of own and others work prior to review by the Head of Department . - Organize own and others work to achieve set deadlines. - Lead pro-active coordination with internal and external design disciplines to achieve a high quality, consistent set of design documents or presentation. - Proactively check and coordinate project documents (including but not limited to multi-disciplinary drawings, design reports, design calculations, technical specifications, bills of quantities, etc.) and ensure the highest quality standards are met. * Extensive project experience ( Gulf project experience is a plus) , Flexibility of attitude towards company objectives. * Full and extensive Knowledge of local and international standards, codes and procedures and specs . * Excellent command of English (written and spoken) * Proficiency in Structural design softwares ( ETABS , STAAD Pro .. ) as well as AutoCAD , REVIT, word processing and presentation programs. * Education Degree and or Masters in Structural Engineering ( The achievement of a Professional registration of an internationally recognised institution i.e IStructE is highly desirable and a distinct advantage .
