Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Sales professional to join our team in Cairo, Egypt. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in real estate sales and a proven track record of exceeding targets. As a Senior Sales representative, you will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients.Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement strategic sales plans and targets to achieve company objectives
  2. Identify potential clients and generate leads through various channels, including networking events, online platforms, and referrals
  3. Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences
  4. Present and promote company properties to potential clients, negotiate and close sales deals
  5. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing excellent customer service and support throughout the sales process
  6. Collaborate with marketing teams to develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies
  7. Prepare and present sales reports to management, analyzing sales data and identifying areas for improvement
  8. Stay updated with industry trends, market conditions, and legal requirements related to real estate sales
Preferred Candidate:
  1. Proven experience in real estate sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  2. Strong negotiation and closing skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively present and promote properties to potential clients
  4. Highly motivated and target-driven, with a strong desire to succeed in a competitive sales environment
  5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
  6. Knowledge of the local real estate market and regulations
  7. Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools
  8. Bachelors degree in business, marketing, or a related field
