1. Meet with the new department?s manager in order to know the procedures of the new department or improve the current system of the existing departments.2. Create a new management system of the new department in order to be approved and signed by the QA manager.3. Review and modify the management system of the new department with the department manager and make sure it complies with the company?s strategies and ISO standards.4. Distribute the new management system among the concerned department to ensure that the team members are aware of all the policies.5. Check the activation of the new management system to ensure the compliance with the standards.6. Suggest new ideas to improve the management system in case it causes any conflicts within the departments.7. Collect the KPIs reports of all department in order to make sure that the department is on the right track.8. Participate in the audit process and identify the NCRs (Non Conformity Report).9. Create an Audit report with all the results of each department in order to be reviewed by the QA manager.10. Follow up on the ongoing issues and make sure that they are resolved within the time schedule agreed upon.11. Follow up the progress of the corrective action closure. 12. Create Quality plans to be submitted in the tendering phase and after the project award to be handed over to the client.13. Orient the newly hired employees regarding the QA policies and procedures.
