• Design User Journeys, User story maps and come up with MVPs and Release plans
• Extract Epics and Features then break them down to user stories
• Maintain a clean and prioritized backlog with at least 2 sprints ready ahead
• Ensures user stories are ?ready? for development to start work with clear ?Acceptance criteria?
• Collaborates with UI/UX designer and develop wireframes
• Communicates user stories with dev team in a clear way and answers their questions
• Tracks progress towards the Sprint releases
• Gets/provides feedback and updates the backlog
• Impact and Integration analysis
• Defines customer needs and proposes features to meet those needs
• Holds Agile Ceremonies as Backlog Grooming, Sprint planning.
• Translation of client requirements, product backlog features into detailed stories
• Support Business in the proposal creation by capturing business requirements, technically validate them with engineers, build timeline proposal with respective teams
• Develop configuration specifications and business analysis requirements
• Participate in designing, documenting and maintaining of system processes.
• Explore on common sources of technical issues or questions and make recommendations to product team.
• Interact with the product team to share key insights and findings.
• Capture requirements, gather inputs from stakeholders and build detailed proposals

• Proven experience bringing teams together to collaborate, agree on a solution/approach. Ability to work with cross-functional teams to deliver on a common goal.
• High degree of proficiency in prototyping, iterative development

• Prepare flowcharts, ERD, DFD, use case flow, etc.
