  • Be the most customer-centric to provide the most convenient experience and solutions
  • Support and align efforts to meet customer and business needs
  • Own the product discovery process and the product development plan
  • Provide project level analysis ? producing required project analysis documentation
  • Collaborate closely with the engineering team, product-design team, and data team to provide high quality products.
  • Identify improvement opportunities (proactive and reactive)
  • Understand and negotiate needs and expectations of multiple stakeholders
Requirements:
  • 5+ working experience as a Product Manager in B2C and B2B digital products
  • Good project management skills and hands on experience in JIRA or ClickUp tools.
  • Experience with a definition of minimum marketable features and minimum viable products.
  • Experience in launching successful products
  • Experience to define the customer-pain and find solutions based on research, data, and insights.
  • Knows how to define the product roadmap
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to generate insights.
  • Strong communication skills, written and verbal.
  • Outstanding communication, presentation, and leadership skills.
  • Overall understanding of technologies used in the digital products.
  • Experience in the user experience is a strong plus.
  • Experience in Automotive industry is a strong plus.
