Senior Procurement Executive | Corporate Services | Cairo, EgyptOverview of the Role:Manage the provision of Direct Purchases, operation services for Al-Futtaim Group in Egypt (Non-Engineering Consultation, IT, HR, Automotive and Logistics) Leading the selection process and appointment of Vendors and Suppliers, Manage market Research process to Develop new Vendors.What Will You Do

  • Leading the selection process of vendors & suppliers to ensure maximum operational efficiency across allAl Futtaim entities in Egypt.
  • Manage Market research process by adding new vendors and ongoing demonstration to the market to increase the data base vendors.
  • Manage periodical Vendors & suppliers? evaluation.
  • Assure that all the technical specifications and the Bill of Quantity (BOQ) are properly defined to avoid variations during the implementation.
  • Identifying the internal needs and services forAl Futtaim entities in Egyptto avoid any service disruption.
  • Initiating tenders (open tendering, selective tendering , negotiated tendering, etc) , preparing, reviewing and finalizing technical and commercial comparisons.
  • Communicate RFQ?s & RFT?s to the vendors
  • Manage Financial/Technical consolidation process including technical compliance, terms of payments and delivery date.
  • Cost saving report Initiatives.
  • Lead negotiations for an optimum quality and financial proposals.
  • Negotiating Contractual and payment terms with the awarded vendors.
  • Validate prices based on the item technical data and perform market survey for the trades / items related to the required scope.
  • Validate POs on ARIBA P2P system
