? Searching?and expanding?the local and international market?in order to add?new suppliers and subcontractors. ? Reviewing any contract documents before proceeding with supplier/subcontractor.??Preparing and following up approvals for project?materials and subcontractors? submitting.??Preparing technical and commercial data and information for obtaining quotations.??Obtaining and evaluating suppliers/subcontractors?and negotiating best possible?prices,?accordingly conduct an analysis of the prices and selects the most appropriate?alternative.??Receiving Purchase Requests from?operations and suggests possible alternatives, or directly issues?purchase?orders to corresponding suppliers and subcontractors in case of no objection.??Inspecting the production facilities of suppliers?as well as investigate the subcontractors competency ,and implement rating system.??Reviewing?tender documents?for any technical or financial queries??Giving consultancy on sending?requests for?proposals or?quotations to suppliers or subcontractors if different from those considered during the tender study.??Reviewing the supplier and subcontractor database showing the specialty,?according to the?performance KPI, while keeping the log updated.??Reviewing monthly inventory of the stored items and goods using the Warehouse Log and the delivery notes / release notes / Item?return?forms to cross-check.
