Job Description

Main Job Purpose:The main purpose of this position is to build and maintain a positive public image for ENRRA, including organizing PR activities and ensuring effective communication with stakeholders, media and the public, in line with ENRRA?s Integrated Management System.Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor articles/column for local and international newspapers and social media related to topics and areas of interest for ENRRA.
  • Maintain and maximize the presence of ENRRA on social media platforms.
  • Join ad Record meetings, events of ENRRA, take photos and draft press releases of these meetings.
  • Organize ENRRA outreach activities, develop press releases and invite key media figures.
  • Develop brochures and other media and networking materials related to ENRRA.
  • Maintain a close working relationship with representatives of the government agencies & other stakeholders.
  • Drafting and reviewing memorandums of understanding that governs ENRRA relations with the different stakeholders
  • Process Stakeholder mappings and developing the communications networks with the main local and international stakeholders (Upon request).
  • Design and draft ENRRA Presentations in coordination with technical sectors and the supporting Departments.
  • Carry out all other similar tasks as assigned by the Head of Department.
