Job Description

Pixelogic Media Partners, LLC provides technology solutions to the entertainment industry. We are responsible for helping Hollywood Studios and content owners to get their content to global audiences by providing all language services including scripting, subtitling, access services and dubbing. Our products and services span the digital spectrum, from enhanced extras packages promoting digital purchase to physical disc authoring.Our service offerings cover end-to-end workflows including language services such as scripting, subtitling, access services, dubbing, text and metadata localization in over 50 languages. Our technical services master and prepare this content in all distribution products including digital cinema, digital media and physical media (Ultra HD Blu-ray, Blu-ray and DVD).To date, we serviced thousands of titles for iTunes, Google Play, YouTube, Netflix, Amazon, Movies Anywhere and others. We also authored thousands of Ultra HD Blu-ray, Blu-ray and DVD discs. Our research and development team works on cutting-edge technologies such as 4K, high dynamic range (Dolby Vision, HDR10+), artificial intelligence and machine learning, software automation and our proprietary end-to-end operating platform branded as pHelix.Responsibilities:

  • Manage the technical onboarding program for all assigned new clients; lead onboarding meetings, project manage the onboarding process, and act as the main contact for all digital media onboarding efforts.
  • Gather technical requirements from customers, including new and existing digital platform deliverables specs and asset requirements.
  • Work with IT and Technology teams to scope client workflow requirements and translate them to features to be developed by our technology team.
  • Setup video/audio/subtitle automated workflows for standardized asset prep processes such as Transcode, compress, verify and conform.
  • Create procedures and documentations for workflows, security policies and maintain an internal database of knowledge
  • Work with Data Operations to setup delivery pipelines of digital files via various file transfer means such as Aspera (P2P and Faspex), Signiant, FRP as well as multiple client portals.
