ContextMain dutiesDegreesOther degreesTechnical skillsPersonal qualities?Responsible for supervision of the EPC contractor?s OCS & Power system operation and maintenance works.?Report on the EPC contractor?s performance and compliance with their OCS & Power contract scope of works.?Review technical OCS & Power submittals prepared by the Contractor, develop trend information and making recommendations to improve the performance of OCS & Power equipment failures.?In charge of design review from preliminary review till detailed review?Management of Design review for shop drawings?Report on the contractor?s compliance with their Quality management system in relation to OCS & Power through reviews of technical documentation, test witnessing, site inspections and quality audits.?Report on the Contractors compliance demonstration with client requitements relating to OCS & Power.?Provide reviews of variation requests affecting the OCS & Power system and the implementation of change control procedure with the contractor.PROFILE QUALIFICATIONS:?Have a minimum 15 years? experience in the railway industry preferably with a High Speed /Electrified Train Project?Hold at least a Bachelor Degree or equivalent
