If you are eager to work in an inspiring, dynamic environment and collaborate with like-minded people, we want to hear from you!ABOUT THE ROLEThe Integration Engineer will be responsible for supporting the operations in terms of alarm monitoring, classification, dispatching & incident triggering within the Business Operations Organisation at Mondia Egypt Tech Center towards Mondia Group global customers.Support Mondia Media DCB (Direct Carrier Billing) projects delivery covering International payment service providers, billing aggregators, and digital merchant?s technical integrations and Mobile App stores.Responsible for the integration of merchants and mobile operators with Mondia?s internal platforms and services.Supporting the operations and maintenance of VAS/Digital Systems/apps using the latest technologies/tools with the requirement of working on a shift basis outside of normal working hours when needed.Responsible for resolution of issues raised for the VAS/Digital platforms by analysing logs, traces, using different tools e.g. ELK, Wireshark, and any other tools e.g. NewRelic.Documentation and knowledge sharing of VAS, billing platforms & related systems, APIs for both internal and external teams for integrations/operations purposes.Set and actively monitor platform KPIs to ensure optimum performance and efficient service delivery.Supporting different internal/external teams with service configurations/definitions, troubleshooting, automated testing, and migrations as and when required (which may require perform/participating in outage activities other than normal office hours, holidays).Perform integration, migration with acceptance and clearance tests, produce relevant test documentation, and reports for operators and merchant integrations.Ensure that quality of service is maintained after app/service/platform launch/upgrade.ABOUT YOUThe ideal candidate has exceptionally high ownership, excellent critical thinking skills, and the ability to work with agility in a fast-paced environment. They would also be insanely focused on demonstrating excellence in service delivery and problem-solving, breaking down complex information into understandable and actionable items.Other qualifications include:Bachelors degree in Computer Science/IT Engineering3+ years of experience in VAS/IT Industry within integration/operation/support or service EnvironmentBasic knowledge of service providers/operators? business requirementsStrong understanding of relational databases and proficiency with SQLExperience with one Programming languages such as Python, Java, etc ...Understanding Web Services like SOAP & REST APIExperience with Data Visualization tools like Tableau & GrafanaExcellent communication and presentation skillsCustomer Relationship Management skillsProblem solving and analytical thinking skillsFluent in EnglishGood to have:NoSQL/Data-Lakes such as SnowflakeExperience with Asynchronous Messaging Systems (e.g., Kafka)Location Cairo, New Cairo Minimum Experience Experienced
