Responsible for handling all DAMA cases in the hospital and support patients & relatives with all service& medical information they need for better decisions taken.Plan for the consultants call list for all specialties to make sure all shifts are covered.Ensure compliance of call list for all physiciansEnsure all new admissions are fitting hospital admission criteria.Ensure a safe environment exists all over the hospital.Provide a summary report to handover at the end of each shift.Assist in enforcing completion of medical documentation.Ensure customer satisfaction by analyzing the patients complaints, concerns and suggestions and providing appropriate follow-throughProactively follows up identified system and process issues.
