Senior Business Development SpecialistJob Category:Job Type:Job Location:Experience Level:Because of our business expansions, Proserv is looking for a Senior Business Development SpecialistRequirements:* Bachelors degree in any relevant field.* (4 6) proven years of experience in the Business Development field.* HR certificate is preferred.* Experience in one of the following fields is a Must:* Outsourcing Companies.* Social Insurance & Labor Offices service providers.* Training Academies.* Life Insurance Field.* Services & Consultation Providing companies.Responsibilities:* Research & Generate leads on a consistent basis through daily phone calls, e-mails, professional networking platforms, etc. to identify new business opportunities.* Set meeting appointments with clients and make presentations on the companys services.* Follow up with the current clients and understand their new needs and offer solutions.* Negotiate contracts with the client and establish a timeline of performance.* Manage communications between key clients and internal teams and resolve key client issues and complaints.* Update periodically the sales database with updated information gained from meetings and telephone calls using CRM software.* Prepare weekly Sales reports to monitor the progress of the sale and to identify the deviation rate from the Sales Targets.* Build business relationships with current and potential clients.* Monitor market trends, and competitors sales activities to realize the organizations commercial objectives.
