Prepares & Supports Technical Office personnel in quantity surveys (quantity take-offs) & BOQs for the architectural items of the project (whenever needed).
Reviews quantity surveying coordinates with relevant personnel.
Handle any problems or conflicts for smooth flow of work operations.
Supervises, guides, and monitors subordinates? performance, and provides technical assistance (in quantity survey).
Liaises with the Planning team on-site to provide needed data to support relevant decisions, and obtain needed data.
Preparing subcontractors invoices
Preparing Monthly reports that show executive position for the workflow and Monthly cost
Job Requirements:
Graduated from the faculty of architecture engineering.
3:5 years of experience as a QS Engineer.
Professional English language.
Excellent in using (Microsoft Office ? AutoCAD).
Excellent communication skills.
