Engage with client in interactive requirement gathering session demonstrating domain and solution knowledge and industry best practices. Organizing meetings with stakeholders for capturing requirements and turning them into an SRS document.Solution Mapping: Ensure functional requirements are fully met by proposed IT solution. Appreciation & understanding of the Technology platforms including packaged solutions relevant for the industryProcess Discussions: Capturing as-is and to-be processes with respect to the business. Conducting business process improvement meetings with our clients. UI & UX Discussion: Conducting UI & UX customer experience sessions with the clientDocumentation: Developing requirements documents, functional specs with wire frame diagrams and process chartsRequirements Management: Capturing detailed scope of change requests.Develop and manage the relationship between IT, Product Team and business unitsMaintaining client relationshipSupervise and guide the project & development team and ensure they are given required supportLiaise with pre-sales and sales team for product demo and presentationsQualifications:To succeed in this position, you must:Any graduation or a related technical field - MBA preferredProfessional certificate in Business Analysis/Banking preferredMinimum 3 years of experience in similar roleBasic knowledge on RPA and Automation tools like UiPath, Pega, Blue Prism, Automation Anywhere etc.RPA certification would be added advantage.Fluency in EnglishEnhanced planning and organizational skillsExcellent communications and interpersonal skillsAbility to lead a teamPresentation and document preparation skillsExperience on Requirement Gathering, GAP Analysis, Requirements Solutioning and DesignF&A Domain experience is mustReq gathering and solutioningCreating a test plan and running the test scriptsStrong consulting and customer facing skillsExcellent verbal and written skillsDevelop and manage the relationship between IT, Product Team and business unitsMaintaining client relationshipSupervise and guide the project & development team and ensure they are given required supportLiaise with pre-sales and sales team for product demo and presentations
