  • Create and review the company contracts in Arabic & English.
  • Conduct internal & external investigations with the employees as required.
  • Represent the company in dealing with prosecutions, police departments, and courts. Attend sessions in all types of legal cases.
  • Collect and validate information on cases that are restricted to or against the company. Deal with legal or administrative problems.
  • Deal with the courts, respond to the communications of the judicial departments and the prosecution.
  • Keep related documentation in a proper filing system to ensure data accuracy, and make sure it?s accessible to team members.
  • Participate in the scrap sale as required.
  • Stays up to date with the periodical government laws and regulations to ensure compliance with all national and international updates.
