Job Description

The successful candidate will work closely with sales & marketing teams acting as key support by regularly creating reports, deeply reviewing performance metrics and mapping sales routes showing areas of opportunities on personnel and operational levels based on strategic KPIs. ÿ

  • Daily performance tracking for sales team and regularlyÿreporting the performance to sales heads to get feedback and actions.ÿ
  • Working closely with sales and marketingÿteams to extract and analyze our customers and channels performance to achieve better results.ÿ
  • Creating sales dispatcher system to implement automated RTM based on our criteria and KPIs we need.ÿ
  • Conducting regular market visit to keep up to date with market conditions in order to monitor and review the effectiveness of our plans and strategies.
  • RTM: Creating area polygons from city, area, district and sub-district in order to distribute and divide customers into sales channels and creating RTM for on ground visits.ÿ
  • Participate in the design, content development, and testing of new and revised sales courses/programs for sales team.
