Job Description

Experienced Sales Manager is required for a marketing agency in Sheraton Heliopolis Area.The ideal candidate is a motivated, well-organized individual who has a deep understanding of prospecting and developing strong relationships with customers.Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategies to drive business in new and existing markets
  • Partner with Talent Acquisition to identify and recruit top sales talent
  • Mentor employees to help them achieve individual & team objectives
  • Follow up sales in the company.
  • Increasing and attracting more customers.
  • Achieving sales targets.
  • Achieving a constant balance between demand and supply of sales, which may include merchandise, goods and services.
  • Managing recruitment processes in the company, especially in the sales department.
  • Comparison of profits and revenues.
  • Managing the sales departments work team in a successful manner that seeks to achieve goals.
  • Writing reports on revenues and returns and submitting them to the senior management department.
  • Supervising the sales department employees and organizing the work team.
  • Building and forming good relationships with clients and understanding their strategies.
  • Directing the sales department staff and assigning them tasks.
  • Raising the companys profits.
  • Designing and preparing strategic implementation plans aimed at increasing the effectiveness of the sales department.
  • Develop organizational strategies for sales.
  • Studying the needs and requirements of the labor market, analyzing the labor market, and reaching and providing customers needs.
Qualifications
  • Bachelors degree or equivalent experience in Business
  • Sales experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
