Job Description

We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated individual to join our team as an Outdoor Sales Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our products or services to potential customers. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a strong drive to achieve sales targets. If you are passionate about sales and enjoy building relationships with customers, this is the perfect opportunity for you.Responsibilities:

  1. Identify potential customers and generate leads through various channels.
  2. Conduct sales presentations and demonstrations to showcase our products or services.
  3. Negotiate and close sales deals with customers.
  4. Build and maintain relationships with new and existing customers.
  5. Meet or exceed monthly sales targets.
  6. Provide excellent customer service and address customer inquiries and concerns.
  7. Stay updated on industry trends and competitors products.
  8. Prepare sales reports and forecasts.
  9. Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement sales strategies.
  10. Attend industry events and conferences to expand network and knowledge.
Preferred Candidate:
  1. Prior experience in outdoor sales or a similar role.
  2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  3. Ability to build rapport with customers and establish long-term relationships.
  4. Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
  5. Self-motivated and results-oriented.
  6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  7. Knowledge of the sales process and techniques.
  8. Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
  9. Flexibility to travel and work in different locations
  10. Valid drivers license and access to a vehicle.
