Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Sales Associate who specializes in selling kitchens and dressing rooms. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in sales and a deep understanding of the kitchen and dressing room industry. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for driving sales, building relationships with clients, conducting thorough meetings with clients to ascertain all of their individual needs in regards to the design, and providing exceptional customer service. The successful candidate must have excellent communication and negotiation skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.Responsibilities:

  1. Generate leads and drive sales for kitchens and dressing rooms.
  2. Design kitchen and dressing rooms using auto cad to hand over to our rendering team after conducting sales meetings
  3. Build and maintain relationships with clients, including regular follow-up and communication.
  4. Provide expert product knowledge and assistance to clients to help them make informed purchasing decisions.
  5. Create and deliver sales presentations to prospective clients.
  6. Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring customer satisfaction.
  7. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and delivery.
  8. Provide regular sales reports and updates to management.
Preferred Candidate:
  1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the kitchen and dressing room industry.
  2. Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
  3. Strong knowledge of kitchen and dressing room products, materials, and trends.
  4. Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  5. Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
  6. Self-motivated and able to work independently and as part of a team.
  7. Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  8. Proficient in Autocad
  9. Fluent in both written and spoken English.
