Job Description

Raya Information Technology, a subsidiary of Raya Holding for Financial Investment is looking to hire Sales Account Manager with below responsibilities,

  • Focus on developing relationships with new customers, as well as expanding existing ones to preserve the customer loyalty to the Company
  • Manage the territory and interface with decision-makers
  • Development and execution of a business plan targeting medium to strategic accounts
  • Analyze customer needs to build solutions to our clients to provide them with business edge against their competitors
  • Interface with all internal departments to help solve customer problems and to achieve high level of customer satisfaction
  • Negotiate contracts to ensure best outcome in favor of our company
  • Prepare proposals and ensure the quality of the proposals to keep the company?s standards
  • Follow up with the PM department to guarantee project proper delivery, customer satisfaction and money collection
