Preparing Presentation and analysis for the DCs optimization.
Weekly visits for the DCs.
Conducting time motion studies for Rural and Urban areas to ensure updating our KPIs target.
Daily review for the KPIs performance vs Targets.
Pre-& Post evaluation for the new trucks vs shared ROI.
Assessment with the sales team for the distributors and Kasseb performance in their region.
Assessment of the performance of the new RTM projects.
Responsible for the data cleansing for all the routes and ensure the implementation of the factbook for the DCs and Routes.
Handling the DC efficiency project and ensure meeting the agreed time line.
Ensure handling all the obstacles that come up during the implementation of RTM projects to ensure smooth operation
