Job duties:- Validate Mystery Shopping visits following the Clients standards, guidelines, and scenarios- Make sure Mystery Shopping reports are written up to GWR standards and in good English, with the right content.- Contact Mystery Shoppers in a timely manner for missing information and documents.- Meet deadlines and monthly targets.Job Specification:- Work online from home (must have a laptop)- Shifts: flexible hours, 6 hours/day
