We have launched from Egypt to Saudi Arabia, Pakistan and UAE, and are looking to build and expand our footprint across the MENA-P region.About the roleThe Regional Payroll Specialist will lead on pay policy, delivery and management across our countries. The individual will be responsible for the full spectrum of payroll administration, including performing payroll calculations, payroll reconciliations, monitoring processing checklist and calendars, as well preparing payroll accounting and GL reports. In addition to this, we expect successful candidates to support, and possibly lead, our benefits portfolio, with partnership origination and management as skills part of their toolkit. In addition we hope the individual will be able to handle the integrity of our HR Management System. This position requires an extremely detail oriented person who has the judgment and skills required to work with sensitive and mission-critical information. Being a central resource, the person will be required to be relationship, service and solution oriented, complemented by excellent communication and project management skills.Responsibilities+ Compensation & Benefits + Co-leading all Compensation & Benefits activities across our markets+ Create a consistent compensation guideline that matches our ambitions+ Design a compensation package based on business goals and strategy+ Ensure that compensation practices are in compliance with current laws and regulations+ Forecast budget for salary increases. Conduct ongoing research into emerging trends, issues and best practicesBenefits + Design benefits plans and build an attractive benefits network with external suppliers+ Negotiating collective agreements on behalf of employers or workers+ Administer and manage employee insurance plans.Payroll Management + Ensures the accurate and timely preparation of Monthly payroll+ Process taxes and payment of employee benefits+ Provide accurate reconciliation of all payroll entries, calculate and adjust accruals+ Coordinating exit process for leaver+ Maintain proper filing and documentation of all relevant documents (payroll advice, reports and correspondences)Maintain employee confidentiality and protect payroll operations by keeping all private information confidential+ Being a point of contact with all function heads to provide consultancy in any compensation related matterHR System Management + Responsible for the development and maintenance of the configuration of the HRMS system+ Manages all modules in the HRMS system (Benefits, Time and Attendance, Workflow, Learning, Talent, etc.), resolves technical issues and answers questions from staff on these mattersRequirements+ Minimum of 5 Years experience as Payroll specialist/HR/Compensation & benefits specialist+ Bachelors degree in Business administration or related field+ Deep understanding of Labor Law and employment equity regulations across our operational Countries - Egypt, Pakistan, KSA & UAE+ Previous experience working in these markets is considered an asset.+ Excellent record keeping skills.+ Stakeholder management skills.+ Strong decision-making and problem solving skillsWhat we offerGetting invaluable experience by joining the Forbes Middle Easts top 50 most funded start-ups in MENA Proud to be a company that promotes Diversity & Inclusion Flexible working hours Ability to rest up with annual vacation days Biannual performance review Development opportunities in a rapidly growing multinational company Supporting our colleagues to build and grow themselves through Learning & Development initiativesOur Candidate-Focused Selection Procedure:Apply via the link provided.
