Job Description

  • Consolidates the company recruiting budget and business plan
  • Consolidates the annual recruitment business plan
  • Defines?local budget
  • Defines?policy, procedure and standards?for recruiting at Bait Al-Gomla
  • Consolidates and manages?all recruiting needs across geographies and Businesses
  • Manages?recruiting of managers ? supervisors & general staff for all Bait Al- Gomla stores & head offices??
  • Advises?all?Functions/BU?on effective recruitment methodologies (i.e. respect of law ?quotas?,?)
  • Manages and maintain the?Recruitment Tracking System, to provide up-to-date information at all times
  • Ensures?coordination?with?Functional/BU Directors?to ensure that recruitment campaigns are aligned to the Recruitment strategy
  • and that an integrated approach is taken to workforce planning and development
  • Organizes and manages?local recruiting
