DescriptionRole purpose:A Radio Planning Senior Supervisor will manage team of RAN planning Supervisors or Principal Engineers while RAN Expert engineer will have focused experience but with no managerial tasks.Job ResponsibilityKey accountabilities and decision ownership:Set basic guidelines for Radio planning (in-door and out-door) including full alignment with up-to-date technology.Follow all Radio Audits and resilience plan.Follow all Radio acceptance activities.Follow all Radio new features plan and implementation till activation and rollout phase.SkillsCore competencies, knowledge and experience:Education: BSC in Electrical Engineering majoring in Communication and Electronic EngineeringWork Experience: 8+ Years? Experience in Radio PlanningPC Knowledge: MS Office Package, Internet Package, and the Radio Planning Tools are an advantage.Special requirements: Excellent communication skills, Good presentation skills and Leader ship skills.Must have technical / professional qualifications:Technical skills: Full aware of the different Radio Technologies (2G, 3G & 4G-LTE).#_VOIS #movewithus
