Role Purpose:To be a member of a team coordinated and supervised by Team Leader and managed by the Radio Planning Manager.Core competencies, knowledge and experience:The Engineer under guidance and support from other team members shall be familiar with functioning of all the Radio planning tools and databases as well as the guidelines and processes used within the department.Key accountabilities and decision ownership:Get acquainted with and contribute to the different aspects of radio planning and testing activities.Maintain the quality figures in the whole network from customer perception point of view as well as statistics point of view throughDaily monitoring of the network congestion level to identify areas that might affect the network quality and take the necessary action to reduce them.Work under guidance to achieve the stated coverage and capacity requirements whilst maintaining high quality of service in the team?s areas of responsibilities.create PRQs for different sites activities?new sites/sectors activation and monitoringoptimize new sites/sectors for first acceptanceMust have technical / professional qualifications:Education: A B.Sc. Degree In Electrical/Electronic Engineering from recognized universityWork Experience: should have up to 3 years? experience.PC Knowledge: Good knowledge of Microsoft OfficeTechnical skills: Strong Background on mobile communication network and radio planning. Experience with drive test equipment, planning tools.Personal skills: Creative thinking & Problem solving capability, Teamwork spirit, Communications skills to interact with other parties internally/externally. Good command of English language is expected.UiPath pr Python is a plusKey performance indicators:Plan radio Base Transceiver Stations (BTS) sites to support the Coverage, Capacity and Quality targets.Progress the BTS sites rollout activities from planning to activation for all types of Macro, Micro and Indoor cells.Monitoring traffic trends and taking proactive measures such as expansions of live sites and/or planning new sites to achieve this.Provide visibility and keep record of all activities in the area of responsibility.Perform all previously mentioned duties and tasks in compliance with the environmental standards, legal requirements governing his/her area.#_VOIS #movewithus
