Role: Radio Project Management & Governance SpecialistKey Accountabilities:? Manage radio projects development and implementation with all stockholders from different technology teams to meet business dynamics and customer experience needs.? Project planning and management across multiple functions.? Lead project teams either Vendors and/or VF teams to achieve project target dates and find alternative solutions in case of unexpected obstacles.? Monitoring, control and Reporting for all handled projects.? Responsible for Radio technical Processes, SLA?s as well as enhancing such processes and SLA?s.? Radio SPOC for all Process and governance related activities with external departments.? Reporting required monthly reports to NTRA.? Prepare and Co-ordinate meeting with Partners including agenda setting and briefings up to C level ones.? Managing and governing the terms and conditions in radio team services contract by ensuring delivering all agreed upon KPIs, apply rewarding/penalizing scheme when required and all financially related controls.Candidate Profile:? Management & Leadership skills? Exceptional organizational skills with ability to prioritize and lead projects.? Work in fast paced environment with ability to adapt to change at speed.? Experience in managing multiple stakeholders cross functionally.? Outstanding communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.? Ability to manage time, prioritize tasks and work under pressure.? Self-motivated and Problem solver.Core competencies, knowledge and experience:? Minimum of 2 years of experience in Mobile Technology management & Radio related functions.? Strong knowledge of Project management tracks ( PRINCE2 / PMP certificate is a plus )? Ability to manage, inspire and motivate large teams of highly skilled employees.? Strong ability to deliver challenging targets cross functionally and creation of collaborative environment.? Full understanding of customer demands/needs and flexibility to exceed customers? expectations.? BSC of Engineering in Communications & Electronics.
