Job Description

DescriptionA Radio Optimization Technical Lead will will get acquainted with and contribute to the different aspects of radio testing and optimization activitiesJob Responsibility-Come up with initiatives to improve Radio optimization workflow Processes with external entities and cost saving initiatives as well.-Provide support to radio optimization team in the area of performance management and network fine-tuning.-Technical lead for major projects and trials related to introduction of new techniques/ vendors/ products.-Act as mentor and holding on job training for a group of optimization experts.Required Criteria

  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications including use of Access applications is required.
  • Basic knowledge of Unix commands is preferred.
  • Strong Background on mobile communication network and radio optimization.
  • Experience with drive test equipment and optimization activities.
  • Creative thinking & Problem-solving capability, Teamwork spirit, Communications skills to interact with other parties internally/externally.
  • Good command of English language.
